We are looking for a Sales Engineer - Gearbox/Gearmotor - Bangalore Who will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers. * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within the industry. * Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the industry. * Providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies. * Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the power transmission industry. * Strong understanding of gearbox/gearmotor products and their applications. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
