Sales Engineer – Building Materials

Morson Praxis, international engineering consulting and technical recruiting company, is seeking a Sales Engineer on behalf of a structured industrial reality and leader in the building materials and construction systems sector. The resource will be inserted into the Commercial Division and, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager of the area, will have the responsibility of providing technical-commercial support to customers and developing business on the Lazio and Tuscany territories. Responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives; • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients; • Providing technical-commercial support to customers, including product demonstrations and training; • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals for new projects; • Collaborating with the Senior Sales Manager of the area to develop and implement sales strategies; • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities; • Participating in cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, architecture, construction management); • At least 3 years of experience in sales or technical-commercial roles; • Strong knowledge of the building materials and construction systems sector; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
