Position Title: Sales Director / Director de Ventas This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, P&L, new growth initiatives focused on key wholesale account planning, Partner Stores and eComm business. Years of Related Professional Experience: 10 years of progressive experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry or a related field. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed targets. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key wholesale accounts, Partner Stores and eComm business partners. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for new growth initiatives and implementing effective plans to achieve them. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results. • Managing and controlling P&L to ensure profitable growth. • Developing and managing budgets and forecasts to drive business performance. • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations and strategic alliances. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous and respectful. • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics and other relevant data. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
