Sales Development Representative (f/m/d)

As a Sales Development Representative (IC1), you are responsible for conducting outbound activities independently to schedule appointments. You support the team by consistently implementing phone calls and emails. The focus lies on operational excellence and goal achievement. This role is particularly suitable for newcomers or candidates with initial sales experience.

Your Tasks

• Eigenständige Durchführung von Outbound-Kontaktaufnahmen via Telefon, E-Mail.
• Qualifizierung von Leads nach vorgegebenen Kriterien
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von CRM-Daten
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Erreichung von Monats- und Quartalszielen
• Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Teammeetings und Trainings
• Umsetzung vorgegebener Kampagnen und Sequenzen

Your Profile

• Erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder Outbound-Sales von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
• Hohe Motivation für Kaltakquise und Zielerreichung
• Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten am Telefon
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. Salesforce)
• Teamorientierung und Lernbereitschaft
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
