As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive Factorial's leading market position by building the first contacts with potential customers and qualifying them.

Your Role

• Identifizierung und Qualifizierung vielversprechender Leads, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen.
• Proaktive Ansprache potenzieller Kunden per Kaltakquise, E-Mail, Social Media, Marketingkampagnen oder Networking.
• Koordination von Terminen zwischen qualifizierten Interessenten und Account Executives.
• Eigenständige Recherche zu potenziellen Kunden und Analyse ihrer geschäftlichen Anforderungen.
• Erstellung von ersten Kundenprofilen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Executives und weiteren Teams zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Sales-Prozesses.

Your Profile

• Fließend in German and English.
• Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt – z. B. Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder Projektmanagement.
• Ehrgeizig, ausdauernd und selbstmotiviert, mit Organisationstalent und sicherem Umgang mit CRM-Tools.
• Kommunikationsstark, proaktiv und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
• Teamfähig, gleichzeitig eigenständig und motiviert in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld.
• Offen für alle Erfahrungsstufen – vom Junior-SDR bis zum Senior-SDR mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen.
