Sales Development Representative - B2B

Key Responsibilities * Launch outbound sales efforts through a combination of phone, email, and social media outreach. * Identify and qualify leads through research and needs analysis. * Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and challenges. * Schedule qualified leads for product demos with Account Executives. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications * Proven experience in a sales development or business development role. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to understand customer needs and challenges and translate them into product solutions. * Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
