Sales & Design Agent (Commission Only)

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales & Design Agent to join our team on a commission basis expenses. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a flair for design, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct site visits to measure and assess clients' requirements; • Develop and present custom design concepts to clients; • Work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective; • Negotiate prices and terms with clients; • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and expenses; • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets; • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve processes. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in sales, design, or a related field; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Valid driver's license (if applicable).
