Do you want to enter the tech industry and take on responsibility early on? Your Tasks

• You will go through various functions in the company, from marketing to the Deal Experts team, which negotiates complex contracts. At the same time, you will repeatedly return to your industry team (and to your accounts).

• You will learn how modern software sales works – from the initial contact to the long-term expansion of successful customer relationships.

• You will work directly with leading companies from our focus industries Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Energy & Utilities and, together with them, develop strategies on how AI and other technologies can revolutionize their customer relationships.

• You will take on responsibility early on and have the opportunity to set your own priorities and develop according to your strengths and interests.

• You will learn in a team, grow and celebrate successes together with other trainees, receive personal support, and specifically use the training from the Sales Academy for your development – instead of working alone or just taking on routine tasks.

• You are studying business administration, business informatics, or a related field, ideally with a Bachelor's/Master's degree nearing completion.

• You are passionate about software, technology, and digital business models.

• You enjoy interacting with people and have a knack for communication.

• You are curious, eager to learn, and want to develop further.

• You are an open, positive personality and enjoy working in a team.

• You have very good German and English language skills.

What does the application process look like?

We will review your documents internally and will usually get back to you within a week. Typically, you can expect 3 interviews with us, one of which will take place in person at our BSI location in Darmstadt.
