Job scope
- Provides sales and operational support to the Area Sales Manager.
- Prepare quotations and process orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the Shipping Department to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, claims, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on offers, deliveries, and outstanding quotations to support sales conversion.

Requirements
- Diploma in Business Admin
- 2 years of sales coordination or customer service experience in the marine equipment industry
- Able to speaks at least 1 singapore dialect
