Sales Coordinator

COORDINATOR OF COMMERCIAL ALLIANCES As a Commercial Alliances Manager at Landmark Developments, you will be responsible for leading strategic alliances with real estate companies, franchises, brokers, independent advisors, sales teams and commercial partners to achieve the project's sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing business plans, prospecting and developing alliances, networking with prospects and managing commercial relationships as well as supervising the development of marketing materials and promotional activities. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue. Additionally, you will work closely with the project's management team to ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
