Sales Coordinator | Bilingual ENG - SPN/PT

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who can keep sales operations running smoothly, support client relationships, and occasionally step in to assist with prospecting and closing opportunities.
This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.
Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct outbound calls and prospecting for new accounts
- Support the sales team by preparing contracts, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Process orders and ensure accuracy in all sales documentation
- Provide customer service support by handling client inquiries and maintaining strong relationships
- Maintain and update CRM systems (experience with NetSuite is required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience in sales support, sales coordination, or account management
- Experience with order processing, managing CRM systems (NetSuite), and customer service
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
- Proficiency with using NetSuite
