Job description
You process and create customer and supplier orders, order confirmations, as well as incoming and outgoing invoices. You coordinate the serial delivery processing as a link between the internal team and the customer, including tracking delivery dates, coordinating and sending out delivery documents. You trigger accounting and track delivery notes (sample & series). You maintain commercial lists, customer master data, and the ERP system. You take over filing (delivery papers...)
