The Apo Professional GmbH is a specialized consulting company focused on the pharmacy industry. Our managing partner Heiko Senfleben pursues a comprehensive business consulting approach. A central focus of our activity is the procurement optimization for pharmacies.

Owing to the continuous growth of our customer numbers, we are looking for an engaged:

Sales Controller:in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (25 weekly hours)

for our procurement controlling.

Aufgaben

• Implementation and further development of the Einkaufs- und Sales-Controllings
• Analysis of procurement and sales data from our pharmacy customers
• Preparation and maintenance of reports, evaluations, and key figures
• Support in optimizing procurement processes
• Closely working together with the management and consulting
• Data preparation and analysis with a focus on MS Excel
• Ensuring very meticulous and structured data maintenance

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of work experience desired, preferably in the context of the pharmaceutical wholesale industry
• Alternatively: engaged outsiders with a strong affinity for numbers
• Very meticulous, structured, and accurate working method
• High number affinity and analytical thinking
• Excellent Excel skills (mandatory requirement)
• Self-reliant and reliable work
