Our Client

A developer well known for stunning medium-density builds all within 5km of the CBD, our client focuses on creating stunning structures, incorporating unique architecture and artistic aspects to provide purchasers a cultivated experience on entering their home and are driven by their passion for enhancing quality of life through their builds.

Your Duties

Working in a young, driven projects team, this role will see you supporting with the following:

• Oversee the on-site sales suite operations – including presentation, marketing collateral and supplies
• Maintain and update CRM systems (Propertybase)
• Attend to buyer enquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive brand experience
• Distribute pricelists and maintain variation registers
• Coordinate with settlement teams to create a smooth post-sale experience for buyers, including booking coordination for valuations and pre-settlement inspections
• Support the marketing team on occasion when needed

Requirements

To be successful in being awarded this role, you will need to come with:

• Experience in a similar role (Must have worked in a Sales Coordination style role for a developer or in Real Estate – off the plan preferred)
• Have an understanding of the purchasing process (i.e. issuing contracts)
• Strong prioritisation and administration skills
• Ability to speak Mandarin
• Can work 1 x Saturday a month
• Outgoing, good energy and willing to learn
• Ability to work 100% from the office
