You'll speak with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide quotes, handle objections and build lasting client relationships. Your goal is to help clients get the right protection while meeting and exceeding sales targets. What you'll be doing: -Selling Insurance policies Face-To-Face to clients. -Explain policy terms, conditions and benefits. -Handling any questions or concerns from customers. -Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication. -Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. -Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. What we're looking for: -A passion for building strong client relationships. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Strong problem-solving skills. -Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. -Knowledge of insurance products and policies. -Certification or experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
