Job description

Key Responsibilities Engage with walk-in or inbound customers to understand requirements. Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and referrals. Present product/service information clearly and confidently. Assist customers throughout the decision-making process. Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge and industry trends.
