Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Maroochydore - Plush team In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and ensure customers have a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to create the optimal Plush Sofas experience. Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets. Ensure accurate completion of all sales transactions and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and product knowledge. Stay up-to-date with product information, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers. Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
