Sales Consultant - Plastic Packaging

RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing packaging solutions.

• Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while identifying opportunities for business growth.

• Source new business and expand sales in alignment with company strategy.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance against targets.

• Manage price increases and maintain accurate pricing tables.

• Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and customer perceptions.

• Ensure customer engagements and feedback align with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.

• Marketing or Sales Qualification (Degree advantageous).

• FMCG sales experience is essential.

• Ability to prepare budgets and set targets.

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
