Sales Consultant - Pest Control (Wollongong and Sydney)

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Pest Sales Consultant to join our high performing sales team in Sydney looking after the Wollongong and South Sydney territory . In this role, you’ll be responsible for strengthening existing client relationships while using your exceptional sales skills and outgoing personality to secure new business across the Sydney metropolitan area. Your client base will include, but is not limited to, Tier 1, 2, and 3 companies. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Conduct thorough pest control assessments and provide tailored solutions. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services. * Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure effective service delivery. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets. * Valid driver's license. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Knowledge of pest control products and services is advantageous.
