Sales Consultant (m/w/d) - Full-time

We are VUP | Vallée, Unger & Partner – a mid-sized consulting firm with a focus on logistics, IT, and management. Since 2005, we have been working for medium-sized companies and corporations. Tasks

• You open doors: Through various channels, you won new customers and build long-term partnerships.
• You use digital channels, but are also present on events in conversations to knit valuable contacts, strengthen relationships, and win potential customers.
• Together with your team, you develop individual consulting offers that really move our customers forward and inspire them.
• Presentations and contract negotiations? Of course, you steer them professionally and confidently.
• You recognize potential, observe trends, and find creative ways to open up new markets.

Qualification

• You are a door opener through and through: You find ways to get into conversations with customers - whether over the phone, LinkedIn, events, or networks.
• You already have experience in sales, ideally with explanatory services or products.
• You are communicatively strong, but also listen well.
• You go to people and can win them over for your ideas.
• Performance readiness is self-evident for you - you give it your all and enjoy success.
• You are creative, brave, and persistent, when it comes to using new opportunities.
• You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity, flexibility, and team orientation.
