Consultant Mobile Provider (m/f/d) 100% - Zurich

• Proactively approaching customers with warmth and cordiality, so that customers - including those waiting - feel welcome and acknowledged in the store.
• Competent consulting on all products/services with the goal of finding efficient and uncomplicated solutions, recognizing and exceeding customer needs.
• Presenting the shop as an experiential world: Presenting devices and services according to guidelines from marketing and touchpoint design, so that they are attractively staged and can be experienced by customers.
• Developing ideas from daily business for co-designing the shop.
• Checking new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timeliness. Correct preparation of goods for return to the distribution center.
• Receiving repaired devices and preparing them for handover to the customer, including information regarding readiness for collection.
• Participating in inventory.

• Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the chosen industry.
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
• Pleasant demeanor and communication skills - verbal/non-verbal.
• Passionate team player with an impeccable reputation.
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is a great advantage.
