Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled sales consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

- Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients that benefits of our products.
- Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
- Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
- Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
- Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
- Assemble product displays in a given market.
- Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
Requirements
- 2 years + of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Stong understanding of FMCG market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Basic – R15 000 – R20 000.00
- Phone Allowance – R1000.00
- Commission based new customer – 1% of total sales
- Reimbursement business km’s
