We are currently expanding our team in Mexico, aligning with our primary market in North America. Position Overview: We are in search of a Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. This role focuses on closing deals with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our courses. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and prioritize potential clients through market research and lead generation. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with our marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. • Conduct needs assessments and provide customized solutions to meet clients' specific needs. • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to continuously improve sales strategies. • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements: • 2+ years of sales experience in the education or technology industry. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
