DasTeam - Contact private and professional clients to present Swisscom offers - Counsel and guide clients towards solutions adapted to their needs - Ensure high-quality client follow-up and contribute to their satisfaction - Achieve sales targets in a spirit of service and performance We expect: - Confirmed experience in sales or customer consulting (minimum 2 years) - Comfortable with telephone contact and negotiation - Mastery of the French language (written and spoken) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations - Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
