Job Description
- Sales activities for printing and copying solutions, consumables, spare parts, software solutions, and other services and products in Atlas Corporation's portfolio.
- Promote and commercialize company products and services.
- Knows the technical specifications, quantities, prices, and other characteristics of promoted products.
- Develop a permanent database of new and potential clients.
- Ensure the opening, management, and closing of sales cycles.
- Negotiate sales contracts, communicate contractual terms to customers, ensure debt recovery from customers.
- Maintain contact with customers to satisfy their needs, actively resolve any commercial relationship problems that may arise.
- Meet the plan for visits and phone calls communicated by the sales director of the department and act towards achieving the sales plan.
- Know elements of the competitive market, such as distributors, products, prices, promotional actions of these entities.
- Respect procedures in force regarding the conclusion of contracts with new or existing clients, invoicing, delivery, and installation of equipment sold.
- Verify if orders have been invoiced and sent to customers and if scheduled installations are completed.
- Track income from customers for products sold. In case of repeated inability to negotiate a payment agreement with the customer, it is obliged to immediately inform the financial department, legal department, and general director to establish together future measures.
