Tasks & Sales You approach customers openly and warmly, making them feel welcome and well taken care of. You recognize customer needs and find simple yet clever ways to explain and recommend digital products and services. You transform the shop into an experience world by presenting devices and offers in a way that sparks curiosity and joy. You bring your own ideas on how we can make the shop even more attractive and customer-friendly. Organization & Logistics You control new deliveries for completeness and quality, ensuring correct returns. You take repaired devices and prepare them for handover, including information on pickup. You help with inventories and ensure smooth processes behind the scenes. Profile Education You have a completed education (EFZ or EBA) in sales or service sector What you bring along You enjoy dealing with people and genuinely interest yourself in digital topics. You're familiar with Office-, Apple- and Android-products. You approach sympathetically and communicate clearly. You work well in a team and bring an impeccable reputation with experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is a big plus Benefits Exciting customer situations ensure genuine variety.
