Sales Commercial Operations Manager Hybrid

About the role We are seeking a Sales Commercial Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening our fleet performance and presence , driving commercial discipline, and delivering actionable sales insights across the business. Fleet is a growing priority for us . You'll be instrumental in building our fleet channel strategy, developing and implementing processes to drive growth, and working closely with our dealer network to ensure alignment and effective execution. This role will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives that drive fleet growth and profitability. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, fleet customers, and internal teams. • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices. • Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on fleet performance and strategic initiatives.
