What is expected of a Sales Collaborator?
Achieve a pleasant, convenient, and successful shopping experience that translates into higher sales and long-term profitability for the store. Create satisfied customers in an effective manner through the use of all available sales channels to attract and encourage more customers to visit the store more often and buy more. Optimize sales priorities using commercial activities and ensuring correct forecasts for total IKEA offer. The main responsibilities are to ensure satisfied customers, develop and execute sales direction and sell in the IKEA way.
