Sales Call Centre Agent (Commission Only) FTC - Fully Remote

Main Purpose of the Job: MWEB (Pty) Ltd currently has vacancies for Sales Call Centre Agent on Commission only (FTC) who, reporting to the Sales Team Manager, will be responsible for acquiring new customers through the Inbound and Outbound Sales Call Centre and up-selling existing customers to a variety of MWEB (Pty) Ltd core products. Job Output: • Present, promote and sell products/services • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets • Provide exceptional customer service • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions • Participate in training and development programs as required • Comply with company policies and procedures • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
