Sales Cadet: Entry-Level Role with Career Progression and Diverse Property Exposure
MICM Real Estate is Melbourne’s leading inner-city property agency, and we’re offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to kickstart their career in real estate. As a Sales Cadet, you’ll work closely with a Senior Sales Agent (including Melbourne's leading sales agent), gaining hands-on experience and learning the ropes of property sales in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This role provides exposure to the full spectrum of residential properties from first-home buyer apartments and investor stock to premium inner-city homes, giving you a well-rounded foundation for future success.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with property inspections and open homes
- Prepare marketing materials and listing presentations
- Liaise with clients, buyers, and internal teams
- Manage CRM data and follow-up communications
- Support the Senior Agent with day-to-day sales activities
- Learn and apply sales techniques and compliance standards
- A genuine interest in real estate and property sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Real Estate Certificate IV or willingness to obtain
- Industry-leading training and mentorship
