Sales Associate

Position: Sales Associate Reports to: Retail Manager We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Retail team. Our Sales Associate will assist with the day-to-day sales related activities and provide support to the Retail Manager and team. Opportunities The Sales Associate works in a fast-paced, retail environment selling organic, vegan, natural food, and bread products. This position would suit someone who is passionate about health and lives and breathes a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the organic and natural food industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities The Sales Associate will be responsible for: Assisting with the day-to-day sales related activities, including processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Providing support to the Retail Manager and team, including assisting with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store displays. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and promotions. Working effectively in a team environment and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: A strong passion for the organic and natural food industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
