ROLE

The Sales Associate, reporting directly to the Management team of the store, will have the task of being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and retaining customers throughout the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage relationships with an international clientele, providing detailed information on products and PVH Italia values
- Use effective sales techniques to reach predetermined targets
- Promote company culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
- Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment
- Assist in maintaining constant visual merchandising standards
- Verify the stock present in the sales area, replacing it when necessary, to ensure that the entire product range and sizes are available

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in the role in retail contexts
- Dynamism and sharp operational and organizational skills
- Excellent standing and well-groomed appearance
- Good relational and customer service skills
- Availability to work on shifts, especially on weekends
