The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-showroom customer experience by converting customer visits into sales through effective product demonstration, needs analysis, and accurate order processing. The role focuses on frontline sales execution, customer service, administrative tasks, and ensuring a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising. Key responsibilities include: • Providing an exceptional in-showroom customer experience by converting customer visits into sales through effective product demonstration, needs analysis, and accurate order processing. • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide customers with informed advice and recommendations. • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service to meet those needs. • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods. • Maintaining a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment. • Participating in visual merchandising activities such as setting up displays, replenishing stock, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. • Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data to inform business decisions. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in retail or a related field would be advantageous.
