Sales Associate Capri (Seasonal Contract)

The sought-after resource will be inserted at our seasonal boutique on Capri and will have the task of assisting and orienting the customer, providing all necessary indications on the quality and characteristics of the product. The resource will take care of: welcoming and accompanying the customer during the sales process to ensure the highest level of satisfaction; leading the customer through a purchasing experience that meets their desires and is in line with our values and mission. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong sense of initiative. In addition, the resource will be responsible for: maintaining a high level of product knowledge; being able to provide detailed information on products and services; ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy; and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
