Sales assistant Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant has the role to maximize the achievement of the store target by building an excellent relationship with the customers, giving a unique experience. The Sales assistant is an essential part of the retail function, by supporting the day-to-day activities of their team and store. Your mission and functions will be: Selling skills · Welcoming the customers, and assist them throughout the entire sales process · Provide personalized attention to each customer, ensuring that they feel valued and satisfied with their purchase. This includes answering questions about products, making recommendations, and handling any complaints or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays as needed.
