Sales Assistant Rinascente Milan

Elisabetta Franchi is looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant for the new opening of a corner at Rinascente Milan.

The Sales Assistant will have to support colleagues in sales activities, constantly seeking solutions to build customer loyalty, collaborating with the rest of the team in all activities aimed at efficient store management.

They will also be responsible for the following activities:

• Welcome the customer and support them during the purchasing decision process
• Interpret and satisfy customer needs
• Preparation and sale of products
• Take care of the product display in the store according to company visual guidelines
• Cash register management
• Initial warehouse management
• Order and tidiness of the store

Requirements:

• Having gained significant experience of at least 3 years in assisted sales, preferably in the women's clothing, luxury sector.
• A good knowledge of the English language
• Dynamism and initiative
• Flexible working hours
• Excellent relational skills and motivation to work towards goals complete the profile.
