Job description
Orienta Spa Società Benefit, Agenzia per il Lavoro, seeks a SALES ASSISTANT for a noted fashion & luxury company. Reporting to the Store Manager of the sales point, the resource will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer welcome, assistance, and orientation during the purchasing process
- Managing daily operational activities at the sales floor (restocking, reorganizing merchandise, visual displays, etc.)
- Using effective sales techniques to achieve store and individual KPIs
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of other languages is considered a plus)
- Prior experience, even if minimal, in Retail or Luxury
- Predisposition to assisted sales and teamwork
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability
- A attitude towards a dynamic context
