Since 2021, Officine Universelle Buly has been part of the LVMH group, radiating French beauty excellence worldwide through its numerous boutiques, notably in France, Japan, and South Korea.

Within the Retail department and under the supervision of the Boutique & Deputy Manager, you will serve as Sales Associate at Officine Universelle Buly.

You will personify this vision of quintessential French beauty to a discerning and international clientele.

Missions:

• Personalizing products with embossing, engraving, and the art of folding
• Welcome and greet our clients, sharing the Buly story and heritage.
• Provide support to the sales team in all aspects of customer service and sales operations.
• Passionately sharing your knowledge about our products' cosmetics and our brand's history
• Advising our clients on different product categories
• Maintaining and developing relationships with our clientele
• Participating in ancillary tasks contributing to the boutique's overall objectives
• Handling cash transactions, opening, and closing the cash register
• Maintaining the boutique at its level of excellence

Profile:

• Dynamic and cheerful disposition
• First experience in sales, ideally
• Strong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observation
• Curiosity and interest in beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 brand
• Enjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clientele
• Other language is a plus

For this position, an initial gross annual salary of 30,000 Euros is planned, with an expected classification at level 3 of the CCNL Commercio.

This remuneration has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally recognized for the position at the time of publication of this job advertisement. The actual remuneration may be subject to possible variations based on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This position also includes participation in an incentive plan, at the discretion of Officine Universelle Buly, based on factors such as individual and/or Company performance.

In addition to the treatments provided by law, further benefits may be recognized in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the national collective labor agreement CCNL Commercio applied in Italy.
