SALES ASSISTANT – NUOVA APERTURA STORE

For the opening of a new store dedicated to a high-end sports brand, located inside FoxTown Factory Stores in Mendrisio, we are looking for 4 motivated and passionate SALES ASSISTANTS, ready to actively contribute to the success of the new store and offer an excellent customer experience consistent with the brand's values. Main responsibilities: - Welcome customers and accompany them throughout the purchase process, ensuring a unique, engaging, and coherent experience with the brand's identity. - Demonstrate a deep knowledge of products and use effective sales techniques to understand customers' needs and retain them. - Contribute to reaching individual and team sales targets. - Collaborate actively with the team during all phases of store opening, fostering a positive and dynamic work environment. - Maintain the store in an orderly and well-groomed manner, respecting company standards for visual merchandising. - Support daily operational activities (restocking, stock management, reporting, store opening/closing). Requirements: - Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, preferably in structured retail contexts. - Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset. - Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation. - Proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to adapt to a start-up context. - Precision, organization, and attention to detail. - Strong team spirit and predisposition to collaboration. Specifically, we are looking for: 2 sales assistants for 32 hours per week and 2 sales assistants for 24 hours per week Availability to work shifts, weekends, and special events. The search has extreme urgency. The indicated salary is purely indicative and will be agreed upon with the finalist candidate.
