Sales Assistant - Macerata

You don't have sales experience and enjoy interacting with the public? For our store in Macerata, c.c. Val di Chienti, we are looking for a Sales Assistant - Stage. Through an on-the-job training program, you will have the opportunity to learn all the typical activities of a point of sale. You will be accompanied by a dedicated tutor who will take care of your training and transfer essential information to learn the job of sales assistant in a structured context. Specifically, you will learn to:

• Recognize the product and its characteristics
• Organize the warehouse, the lung of the point of sale
• Care for the store's image and the assortment of goods
• Apply sales phases and customer loyalty

Clayton is a solid company in constant growth in the men's clothing and accessories sector. It has a presence throughout Italy with around 100 points of sale and in Europe through its e-commerce platform.

Requirements:

• No experience in the field, just a willingness to get involved and learn
• Availability to work on shifts, full-time, 40 hours with an off-day mid-week
• A attitude to teamwork, humility, and smile
