Sales Assistant

We are seeking Sales Assistants with passion for Financial Education to join our team in Mexico City!

About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact with our potential clients.
Your mission will be to accompany the sales team, generating opportunities through calls, agenda management, and lead follow-up. You will be key in coordinating appointments, organizing events, and maintaining a smooth connection between our prospects and advisors.

Responsibilities

• Making outgoing calls to invite potential clients to webinars, events, or informative sessions
• Coordinating appointments and meetings for the sales team
• FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS AND CONTACTS IN CRM
• Assisting in preparing virtual and in-person events
• SUPPORTING THE SALES TEAM IN ADMINISTRATIVE AND COMMUNICATION TASKS
• Maintaining a friendly, professional, and confidence-building demeanor
• Meeting quality and response time standards
  

Requirements

• Experience or interest in the financial sector (desirable)
• +1 year of experience in administrative roles preferably in a commercial area
• Facility to communicate clearly, dynamically, and empathetically
• Management of digital tools (CRM, Google Calendar, Zoom, etc.)
• Organized, detailed, and proactive profile
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
