To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged sales assistant (m/w/d) who will support us in expanding our business and providing excellent service. Your tasks: Support the sales team in acquiring and servicing new customers
Conduct market analyses and identify potential customers
Purge and update customer data in our CRM system
Organize and coordinate customer appointments
Support in preparing sales reports and evaluations
Collaboration with other departments to find the best solution for our customers

The following qualifications are required: Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
First experiences in sales, preferably in the field of human resources, are advantageous
Independent and structured work style
High communication skills and team orientation
Familiarity with MS Office
Passion for sales and working directly with customers
Ability to handle stress and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
