Position

We are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT for the prestigious TAORMINA STORE.

Requirements

We wish to connect with individuals who have at least 1 year of experience in structured corporate environments within men's fashion, with good organizational skills, a natural predisposition for assisted sales, and for interpersonal relationships.

Knowledge of sartorial products will be an additional plus for evaluation.

The profile is completed by a good knowledge of the English language and familiarity with the Office Suite, as well as attitudinal components such as flexibility, availability, and motivation.

The main duties will be:

· Sales and customer support during their purchases;

· Customer loyalty to the brand and being its first ambassadors;

· Performing, in accordance with company policies, the operational activities of the store with diligence and professionalism

· Understanding sales objectives and store as well as individual KPIs;

· Productive collaboration with the entire team

· Customer reception, satisfaction, and loyalty

· Replenishment and organization of sales and warehouse areas;

What we offer:
