SALES ASSISTANT GUTTERIDGE - NEW OPENING ROME, VIA DEL CORSO

Position

For the new opening of the GUTTERIDGE STORE in ROME, VIA DEL CORSO, we are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT.

Initially, pending the store opening, a training period in nearby Gutteridge stores will be required.

The store is located in the nerve center of shopping, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Requirements

We wish to connect with individuals who have at least 1 year of experience in structured corporate environments within the menswear sector, with good organizational skills, a natural predisposition for assisted sales, and for interpersonal relationships.

Knowledge of sartorial products will be an additional plus for evaluation.

The profile is completed by good knowledge of the English language and proficiency in using the Office Package, as well as attitudinal components such as flexibility, availability, and motivation.

The main duties will be:

· Sales and customer support in their purchases;

· Building customer loyalty to the brand and being its first ambassadors;

· Performing, in accordance with company policies, the operational activities of the store with diligence and professionalism;

· Knowing sales objectives and KPIs of the store as well as individual ones;

· Productive collaboration with the entire team;

· Customer reception, satisfaction, and loyalty;

· Replenishment and organization of sales and warehouse areas;

We guarantee the following benefits:

• Gross Annual Salary 25K / 30K

Rewards for your successes:

Incentive plans promoted through monthly contests, personalized and team commissions in addition to the fixed salary.

Furthermore, we guarantee weekly working shifts of 5 days out of 7, except during specific commercial periods.
