Position

We are seeking for the prestigious FLAGSHIP GUTTERIDGE in MILANO CORSO VITTORIO EMANUELE, a SALES ASSISTANT.

The store is located in the nerve center of shopping, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Requirements

We wish to connect with individuals who have at least 1 year of experience in structured corporate environments within the menswear sector, with good organizational skills, a natural aptitude for assisted sales, and interpersonal relationships.

Knowledge of sartorial products will be an additional plus for evaluation.

A good knowledge of the English language and proficiency in using the Office Package complete the profile, as well as attitudinal components such as flexibility, availability, and motivation.

The main duties will be:

· Sales and customer support in their purchases;

· Building customer loyalty to the brand and being its first ambassadors;

· Performing, in accordance with company policies, the operational activities of the store with diligence and

professionalism;

· Understanding sales targets and store KPIs as well as individual ones;

· Productive collaboration with the entire team;

· Customer welcome, satisfaction, and loyalty;

· Replenishment and organization of sales areas and warehouse;

Remuneration:
