SALES ASSISTANT FULL-TIME LEGAMI - MILAN GAE AULENTI

For our Boutique in Milan in Piazza Gae Aulenti, we are looking for a Sales Assistant who contributes to a positive Customer Experience, supports the achievement of objectives, and ensures the highest standards of service and image for the point of sale.

• you will welcome and assist customers during their Boutique experience, contributing to the achievement of sales objectives;
• you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining display areas according to Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring correct product display, pricing, and availability;
• you will manage cashier activities, including payments, cash register opening, and closing;
• you will receive, check, and organize merchandise in the store and warehouse, ensuring proper restocking;
• you will contribute to maintaining the order and cleanliness of the spaces, in compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and service standards.

• previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in the Retail sector;
• excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, and a propensity for teamwork;
• organizational skills, reliability, precision, and attention to detail;
• availability to work in shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays.

• full-time contract, 40 hours per week spread over 6 days out of 7;
• classification at the 5th level of the CCNL Commercio Confesercenti, gross annual salary €23,241;
• discounted prices for the purchase of LEGAMI products.
