Sales Assistant Full Time (40h) – New opening Venice

In view of the new opening scheduled for October 2026 in Venice, for a renowned international footwear brand that is a protagonist of an important growth and expansion plan in the Italian market, we are looking for Sales Assistants Full Time (40h) to join the team of the new store.

The resources will have a key role in ensuring a premium shopping experience, offering sales and customer service in line with the brand's high standards and actively contributing to the achievement of the store's commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist the customer, ensuring a personalized and high-level shopping experience.
• Provide product consultation, highlighting the collections and distinctive features of the brand.
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales objectives.
• Take care of visual merchandising and ensure order, replenishment, and correct presentation of the store.
• Actively collaborate with the team and store management.
• Collect feedback related to products and customers, contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.
• Proficiently use cash register systems and digital tools.

Requirements

• Experience of at least 2/3 years in similar roles, preferably within premium retail, fashion, or department store contexts.
• Excellent knowledge of assisted sales techniques.
• Passion for the fashion and footwear world.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and strong commercial aptitude.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Availability to work in shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays.

What we offer

We offer an integration with CCNL Commercio and a Full Time contract of 40 hours per week, 5/7 days.

Gross annual salary between €26k and €30k, commensurate with experience + MBO + meal vouchers of €8 for each working day.

Work locations: Venice.
