As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a bag full of freshly baked goods. • Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to help them find the perfect loaf. • Assisting with visual merchandising, ensuring our bakeries look their absolute best. • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety. • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and drive business results. • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and industry trends. • Being an ambassador for COBS Bread, embodying our values of passion, integrity, and community.
