Etjca spa, Filiale di Roma Galati, for a leading retail company that operates for years in the sector of sofas, with 36 sales points and an expansion plan for all of 2024, is looking for: Sales Assistant on Ancona Description and Characteristics of the Position: The optimal coverage of the position requires the ability to effectively influence sales by focusing service on customer loyalty and making purchase experiences pleasant. The function, inserted in a young and dynamic context, will ensure positive and effective communication with customers during assisted sales processes, and operationally, it will ensure merchandise replenishment and quality control in-store. Role and Responsibilities: - Provides clients with welcome and assists in sales in a professional and courteous manner, in line with the company's philosophy; - Guarantees high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service; - Verifies correct product exposure; - Maintains excellent store conditions and visual merchandising standards in line with company directives; - Actively collaborates with the entire team; - Presents merchandise and related offers to customers with professionalism and kindness, actively contributing to customer loyalty. Reporting hierarchy: Store Manager External relations: Customers Internal relations: Store Team Requirements for participating in selections: - High school diploma; - At least 2 years of experience in the specific role in the sales assistance sector; - Availability to work on assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays; - Availability for a possible training period (paid) at another sales point, even outside the home. - Having one's own means/autonomy for movements Sede di lavoro: Ancona Orario di lavoro: Part-time 30h Tipologia contrattuale: IV level of commerce.
