Sales Assistant for Fish Counter Reggio Emilia

Manpower Italia, on behalf of Coop Alleanza 3.0, is seeking a Sales Assistant for Fish Counter in Reggio Emilia. The successful candidate will be placed at the point of sale in Reggio Emilia and will be responsible for selling to customers within the fish counter department.

• Preparation, cleaning, and filleting of fish (use of knives and scissors)
• Presentation and setup of the fish counter, ensuring proper cold chain
• Quality control of products and adherence to HACCP procedures
• Sales support for customers in choosing and purchasing products

Required qualifications:

• Diploma or professional qualification
• Proven experience in the role, gained in a retail, restaurant, or fish counter environment
• Knowledge of work tools (scales, knives, utensils for crustaceans)
• Good knowledge of various types of fish
• Availability to work part-time, on shifts, including weekends and holidays
